WELCOME TO WINE COUNTRY

Once the producer of many different crops, Wine Country is known today for its regional wine industry, rising to the first rank of wine regions with France by local wineries Stag's Leap Wine Cellarsand Chateau Montelena winning the "Judgment of Paris" in 1976.

Livermore is the most populous city in the Tri-Valley. Livermore is located on the eastern edge of California’s San Francisco Bay Area.

There are more than 60 wineries and about 96,000 acres of wine grapes in the Livermore Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA).
